About the Role

  
Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.
     
The role is responsible for providing administration support to the Imaging and Nuclear Medicine team to effectively meet patient care and billing requirements. The administration functions include but not limited to customer service, scheduling bookings, record management, data entry in to RIS/PACS information systems and patient billing.

Ideal Candidate
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role in a health setting environment particularly radiology bookings and answering enquires.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and able to follow work procedures and processes.
  • Proficient computer skills in particular typing, including demonstrated high level experience using Microsoft Suite office and scheduling.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in medical terminology and patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Well-developed organisational skills and proven ability to prioritise workload to meet strict deadline .
