Selection Criteria

  • Experience working in an administrative role in a health setting and a good understanding of medical terminology.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in frontline customer service with a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Demonstrated good organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using software packages such as Word, Excel or Mac equivalent with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
