About the Role
Sydney Local Health District has a long and proud history of delivering care in the community including prevention, early intervention, assessment, treatment, health maintenance and continuing care services designed to improve and support the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities. 
 
To provide effective and efficient frontline reception and administrative support functions, medical record related tasks and a wide range of administrative tasks for a number of clinical services across Community Health facilities and sites as directed by the Administration Manager of Community Health SLHD when it is required.

Ideal Candidate
  • Has demonstrated experience in administrative and reception tasks both face to face and over the phone with a customer focused approach. 
  • Has demonstrated the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve work goals. 
  • Has demonstrated the ability to learn and use computer systems and databases efficiently. 
  • Has a flexible approach to work hours on short notice and ability to adhere to established procedures and processes across different services.
  • Has a current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
