Administrative Officer (Level 2) - Community Health Services
Position Classification: Administrative Officer Level 2
Remuneration: $32.30 - $33.37 per hour + annual leave loading + 11.5% Superannuation

To provide effective and efficient frontline reception and administrative support functions, medical record related tasks and a wide range of administrative tasks for a number of clinical services across Community Health facilities and sites as directed by the Administration Manager of Community Health SLHD when it is required.

- Has demonstrated experience in administrative and reception tasks both face to face and over the phone with a customer focused approach.
- Has demonstrated the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve work goals.
- Has demonstrated the ability to learn and use computer systems and databases efficiently.
- Has a flexible approach to work hours on short notice and ability to adhere to established procedures and processes across different services.
- Has a current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
