ACAT Assessor (Registered Nurse/Allied Health Level 1/2)
Selection Criteria
- Post Graduate experience working with older people in an acute, aged care or community setting.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as function as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Sound knowledge of health care and functional support needs of older people and their carers in the hospital, community and/or residential care settings.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated computer literacy.
- An understanding of how to screen and triage referrals as well as set priorities based on priority criteria.
