About the Role
  
Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.
  
This exciting opportunity to join one of two Burns Units in NSW as a senior Level 3 clinician is now available. The position will sit within the Critical Care team of Social Workers, alongside the ICU, Emergency department, cardiology and other complex clinical streams. The role is shared with the team leader and sits within a Multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.
  
If you have an interest in Critical Social Work skills, work from a Trauma Informed perspective and want to build on your Counselling skills, consider this opportunity to be a part of the Concord Burns Team.

Ideal Candidate
  • Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, 
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of social work, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
  • Must hold a current NSW Driver’s Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
  • Must be available to participate in On Call Roster.
  • All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.
