About the Role

Sydney Local Health District is one of the fastest growing Local Health Districts in New South Wales. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.

  

This position is to support the administration, installation and configuration of all end user computing devices such as PC's, laptops, tablets, printers etc. in a networked environment. The major role of the End User Services Analyst Engineer is the responsibility for the desktop computer environment, operating system software, including ancillary software such as layered products required to maintain an application and in certain instances, client applications themselves.

 

The Digital Health and Innovation teams provides support for systems that are in use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and there may be requirement to provide 24/7 on-call support.

Ideal Candidate

  • Microsoft Certified (desirable) or equivalent experience with Windows and M365 Services.
  • Apple Certified (desirable) or equivalent experience.
  • Work experience in a similar role with strong administrative experience of Windows 10/11 Operating Systems and M365 Apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). 
  • Advanced knowledge of the M365 Apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
