Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer service
2. Experience in responding to a range of customer enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
3. Proven to work as part of a team in a busy environment
4. Organisational skills and ability to work with limited supervision
5. Ability to work a 24 hours, 7 day a week rotating roster
6. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook as well as other PC based programs
