Selection Criteria
- Completion of clinical and academic requirements of the first semester of the second year of Bachelor of Midwifery, and currently enrolled in the programme with clinical placement at a Public or Private Hospital.
- Understanding of Women Centred Care and Family Centred Care.
- Ability to work as a team member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the BFHI principles.
- Ability to work within the scope of practice of an AIM.
