Specialist Pharmacist (Grade 2) - Medical

1. Registered as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with post registration clinical or management/leadership qualifications or equivalent skills/experience.
2. Demonstrate a higher level of performance in clinical pharmacy practices for medical specialty areas (for example, but not limited to, endocrinology, cardiology, gastroenterology, nephrology, geriatrics, rehabilitation).
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated ability to develop high quality written guidelines, procedures, educational, research or business materials.
4. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, team building, influencing, conflict resolution and the building of a positive workplace culture.
5. Proven ability and commitment to effectively role model, champion and promote teamwork.
6. Demonstrated skills and experience in managing a complex workload, problem solving and development and implementation of initiatives.
7. Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
