Senior Pharmacist - Emergency Medicine (Maternity Relief) - St George Hospital

Selection Criteria

1. Full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions on scope of practice
2. Extensive experience in the provision of advanced clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting with a broad range of clinical knowledge, especially in general medicine and surgical wards
3. Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with and promote multidisciplinary teamwork in a busy healthcare facility
4. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, staff supervision and management skills
5. Demonstrated excellence in written, oral and presentation skills
6. Demonstrated skills in training, education and commitment to professional development and research
7. Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, inspire staff and students to further develop their skills and identify opportunities for innovative practice.
8. Demonstrated interest and prior experience in implementation of practice change
