The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality nursing care to patients/clients of The Sutherland Hospital & Community Health Services consistent with SESLHD and The Sutherland Hospital & Community Health Services policies, procedures and standards.
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified for this position following suitable labour market testing.

The ideal candidate will have:
1. Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers, other care providers, hospital clinicians, immediate team members and other stakeholders.
3. Supports working in a person centred environment.
4. Basic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems.
5. Demonstrated recent post registration experience in an acute care setting.
6. Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to utilise as required for the position.
