Selection Criteria


1. Proven ability to perform a wide range of records management tasks in a demanding workload ensuring compliance with processes and standards in line with the State Records Act (NSW)
2. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong customer service focus including the ability to promote the benefits of effective records management
4. Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving
5. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
6. Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level
7. Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
