Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including, the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated high level negotiation and facilitation skills and commitment to customer service.
- Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and managing quality systems, projects and programs including demonstrated experience with change control.
- Current drivers licence with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
