Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health with teaching and facilitation skills in the health care environment, or relevant equivalent work experience in aged care assessment, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach.
- Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes such as audit and lead ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to meet workplace needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to provide input, interpret, monitor, and evaluate policies, procedures and standards.
- Willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
