Where you'll be working
Based at Randwick Prince of Wales Hospital, you will work with a team of people dedicated to supporting the Facility to maintain and safe and clean environment for Patients, visitors and staff.

The Role

Provides the highest level of clinical support services by maintaining a clean, safe environment for patients, staff and visitors;transferring of patients and work related items throughout the facility;transport of linen and waste as required.

  1. Previous recent experience in a similar position within a healthcare facility and/or demonstrated ability to use of commercial cleaning equipment
  2. High level verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow directions and meet specified time schedules
  3. Able to work varying shifts with varying start times to provide a seven-day twenty-four hour service
  4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  5. Willingness to clean rooms that are or were occupied by persons with an infectious condition after relevant infection control training
  6. Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and work effectively with minimum level supervision
