Selection Criteria:
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or relevant qualification or willingness to work towards this certification.
- Current Class C NSW drivers licence
- Experience in working with the elderly and/or disabled populations
- Computer literacy and demonstrated ability in the use of Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
- Proven interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and work with minimum supervision, to organise work priorities and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to take direction in the work setting
- Knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and principles.
