The position is based at Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick but some travel to other locations across our organisation is part of the role.
The Workforce Operations team supports People Leaders and employees on a range of matters, including:
- Roster support/governance and best practices
- Position maintenance/establishment
- Recruitment
- Workforce reporting, systems, and transactions
- Employee file management.
The team also delivers programs focused on workforce system benefits realisation, such as the Rostering Activities for Continuous Excellence (RACE) program.
You will be responsible for leading and managing the Workforce Governance & Systems team, providing high-level specialty support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of Workforce Operations. Drive the delivery of quality, cost- effective services that align with business and service objectives.
