Selection Criteria

  1. Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification or experience to enable demonstration of a thorough technical and/or data management knowledge and skills.
  2. Strong analytical skills to identify the cause of problems and ability to develop solutions to meet service needs based on factual information.
  3. Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  4. Highly developed and effective management skills with demonstrated knowledge on problem solving relating to human resource issues, with the ability to utilise appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to motivate and empower staff toward completing activities.
  5. Demonstrated highly developed and effective negotiation and delegation skills with the proven ability to act as a change advocate.
  6. Detailed knowledge of contemporary issues in management including financial, human resource and organisational management.
  7. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.
  8. Demonstrated ability to develop policy, procedures and processes in accordance with approved guidelines.
