Selection Criteria:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in ICT or Project Management disciplines or relevant extensive work experience in ICT project management.
  2. Demonstrated experience managing the work output of others where resources are not dedicated to the project and have competing demands.
  3. Demonstrated experience managing projects governed by formalised working groups and steering committees and experience in projects that include parties from multiple entities.
  4. Demonstrated experienced in writing project documentation to clearly articulate the scope of work, how it will be delivered and how it is tracking against the agreed plans.
  5. Demonstrated experience in establishing new ICT Services and transitioning them to Service Operations.
  6. Excellent negotiation, decision making and influencing skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
  7. Highly developed and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
