Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in ICT or Project Management disciplines or relevant extensive work experience in ICT project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing the work output of others where resources are not dedicated to the project and have competing demands.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects governed by formalised working groups and steering committees and experience in projects that include parties from multiple entities.
- Demonstrated experienced in writing project documentation to clearly articulate the scope of work, how it will be delivered and how it is tracking against the agreed plans.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing new ICT Services and transitioning them to Service Operations.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and influencing skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
- Highly developed and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
