- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) and at least 3 years' full time equivalent clinical experience and/or a post graduate qualification
- Successfully completion of the ACS NSQIP SCR Training/Certification Program.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
- Demonstrated competence in the use of health-related information technology.
- Ability to interact with all members of the surgical team and administrative staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake and lead Quality improvement Activities
