Selection Criteria
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse, Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Minimum five years full time equivalent post graduate qualification experience and a post graduate qualification in field of practice.
- Critical Care experience with extensive knowledge of systems and processes for the recognition and management of the deteriorating patient.
- Experience in data collection, data management and the interpretation of data.
- Extensive experience in the delivery of education and training and auditing effectiveness of training.
- Experience in clinical change management and quality improvement, including the ability to positively influence senior clinical staff.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, combined with a high level of computer literacy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
