Selection Criteria: 

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience in areas such as management, human resources or workforce operations
  2. Demonstrated strong leadership skills to enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture, and lead change
  3. Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in management including financial, human resource and organisational management
  4. Highly developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills including ability to analyse data, prepare and present reports
  5. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation
  6. Proven capacity to contribute to and promote strategic initiatives, including the ability to plan, manage change, improve performance and drive continuous improvement
  7. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders
  8. Demonstrated experience coaching and advising people leaders/managers whilst fostering a performance based and customer focused work culture
