Selection Criteria
- Experience working in aged care and with people who have dementia
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or willing to obtain such a qualification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team delivering holistic care
- Demonstrated understanding of WH&S guidelines
- Current First Aid certificate
