You’ll be supporting the newly established Safeguards Child & Adolescent rapid response team and the established Adolescent mental health team, continuously improving processes in collaboration with the CAMHS teams.

Selection criteria:
- Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding work environment, with flexibility to contribute to the operational success of the Service.
- Experience in responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response.
- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to improvements in administrative practices and procedures.
- Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in performing routine administrative tasks and ability to work as part of team.
