What you'll be doing
Performance of histology laboratory procedures (including procedures relating to the biopsy and autopsy service). Performance of Mortuary duties including assistance at autopsies. Participation in quality assurance procedures and contribution to in-service education.
About You:
You are someone who:
  • Has TAFE Associate Diploma in Pathological or Biological Sciences or equivalent
  • Values a commitment to further education and professional development
  • Demonstrates experience in Embedding, microtomy, special stains, cryotomy and immunohistochemistry as well as experience in Mortuary and Autopsy procedures including: measuring, photography, babygram and reconstruction.
