Minimum 2 years experience managing a team in a health care setting

Experience working with hospital patient management systems (either Cerner Patient Management or iPM – experience with both will be considered favourably)

Demonstrated problem solving ability and attention to detail – particularly with regards to data quality

Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
-
Demonstrated ability to supervise, train and motivate staff
-
Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise tasks effectively

Excellent computer skills, including using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. (Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with formulas, filtering and manipulating data desirable)
