Sound knowledge and significant recent experience in salary packaging, meal and entertainment and novated leasing as it relates to the NSW Ministry of Health Salary Packaging Scheme

Demonstrated superior organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks in a high volume environment to meet specific deadlines

High-level data analytical skills across multiple salary packaging related platforms with attention to detail

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a diverse customer base and key internal and external stakeholders

Strong marketing and presentation skills and an ability to implement and drive appropriate sales and promotional approaches

Ability to work independently, and as part of a small professional team, with a flexible self-motivated approach to meet organisational objectives

Demonstrated experience with Salary Packaging software, Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point and StaffLink
