  1. Tertiary qualifications in a health care discipline and experience in clinical research especially clinical trials, including understanding of research regulatory frameworks.

  2. Demonstrated experience preparing and facilitating the accreditation process, in particular, experience with or understanding of the National Clinical Trials Accreditation Framework and requirements.

  3. Demonstrated ability to conduct audits, write reports and implement recommendations.

  4. Demonstrated track record leading project teams to deliver outcomes in a highly complex and busy environment within tight timeframes and with competing priorities.

  5. Demonstrated excellent high level written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor communication styles to suit the audience.

  6. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate, consult and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  7. A NSW Drivers Licence and a willingness to travel between SCHN facilities as required.

ASARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) 3 doses are required for Category A positions (refer to NSW Policy Directive PD2022_030 Occupational Assessment Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases).

 

ASARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) 3 doses are highly recommended for all other health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
