What you'll be doing
The primary purpose of a Senior Research Assistant is to conduct research activities with minimal day-to-day supervision. The position involves production of high-quality research data for conference presentations, manuscripts and funding applications. The role may require the supervision of staff and have responsibility for the day to day operation of a work unit.
  1. Minimum 2 years full time relevant clinical experience
  2. Demonstrated interest in clinical research
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP and other regulatory requirements related to clinical research
  4. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, establish and achieve agreed objectives and manage multiple priorities and demonstrated ability to work autonomously as part of a multidisciplinary team
  5. Demonstrated leadership skills
  6. Effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to use initiative and critical thinking for problem-solving
  7. Demonstrated commitment to own professional development
  8. Computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Office products including word and excel, familiarity with database management systems, statistical and graphing software
