  1. Demonstrated working experience in Payroll and Recruitment processes with knowledge of ROB or a similar recruitment system and Health Roster or another similar Payroll system.
  2. Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to provide comprehensive administrative support including administrative functions and minute taking with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  3. Demonstrated efficient and effective collaboration skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated experience maintaining and updating staff rosters in Health Roster or a similar rostering system within prescribed deadlines. Ability to ensure all leave entered is supported by approved documentation and ensure all roster information is communicated in the shared mailbox.
  5. Ability to provide regular Health Roster reports to managers, and ad-hoc reports when requested whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times.
  6. Ability to maintaining open lines of communication with direct line managers to avoid potential conflicts in relation to Health Roster timelines and deadlines and recruitment processes.
  7. Capacity to function effectively and flexibly as part of a team as well as the ability to work proactively on allocated tasks with minimal supervision, within tight deadlines whilst exercising appropriate judgement in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
