What you'll be doing
The role needs to safeguard all documentation and electronic data input to ensure it is accurate, legible and complete, and comply with local procedures/protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in the understanding of surgical waitlist management.
- Successful completion of a Medical Terminology Certificate
- Hospital or medical clerical experience, ideally with management of elective patients
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated customer service, conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent data entry accuracy with high attention to detail
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products with experience using eMR and RIS-PACs desirable
