What you'll be doing
Please note that throughout the recruitment process you will be assessed with the following:
- Previous experience working in a Human Resources or recruitment environment for a large, complex organisation.
- Strong customer service skills with a focussed and responsive approach to managing enquiries whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrated proficient organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to develop interpersonal relationships with all levels of staff and external parties.
- Proven ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven capacity to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature.
- Ability to investigate legislation, regulations, instructions or procedural guidelines relevant to recruitment processing and on-boarding of new employees.
- Ability to carry out a variety of functions which may be complex in nature and use judgment to modify requirements according to different situations.
- Demonstrated proficient computer skills with experience using MS Office programs and HRIS systems.

- Please outline your experience working within a Recruitment or Human Resources team specifically in relation to recruitment checks and onboarding of staff in a timely manner.
- Give an example of a time when you have needed to learn and understand policies and procedures while using your attention to detail to ensure that they are implemented and followed appropriately.
- This role requires flexibility to work with the various departments within the hospital and also manage your workload in a timely fashion. How do you plan to juggle the competing requirements of the role?
- Describe a time you went above and beyond for an internal or external customer. What was the outcome?
