What you'll be doing
The Project Manager will lead the transition of these critical financial systems. The SCHN’s current Budget Management tool “Budease” will be replaced by Stafflink Budget Tool. A replacement for current internal financial reporting application, Corvu, to be identified. This position will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless transfer of budget information and enhancing our financial systems .
This position is integral to transforming our financial operations, providing a robust and accurate budgeting tool that aligns with our organizational goals and operational needs.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in either Business, Information Technology, Data Analysis ,Finance/Accounting and/or extensive relevant recent experience.
- Strong experience using Financial Management Information Systems, preferably in software applications Stafflink, Excel and Dashboard Reporting tools
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills and capacity to build, develop and sustain productive working relationships with all levels of staff both internal and external.
- Highly developed problem-solving analytical skills to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business forward solutions
- Demonstrated skills and experience in managing projects and delivering on project objectives.
- Ability to train and support stakeholders in systems and processes during times of change management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and collaborate effectively to achieve project objectives.
