- Demonstrated experience in customer service within a health care setting or customer service industry
- Demonstrated excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and to exercise basic problem-solving skills with reference to established methods and procedures.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload in a high activity environment and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Knowledge of/Willingness to learn hospital management systems or computer software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Stafflink, Recruitment On Board (ROB), HealthRoster, ORACLE.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with ability to prioritise work demands and achieve deadlines.
