What you'll be doing
The primary function of this role relates to the provision of administrative support at NextSense centres where services are delivered to clients.
NextSense delivers world-class education, cochlear implant, allied health, therapy, research and clinical services to children, adults and their families with a holistic approach to hearing services for newborns through to people over 90 years old and help children who are blind or have low vision to develop the right skills, mobility and independence to confidently explore their world.

- Demonstrated ability for effective time management to complete all office duties
- Experience providing administrative support to professional staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow clearly established procedures and guidelines
- Experience working as a supportive member of a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs/systems as necessary
- Relevant administrative experience in in other health/disability organisation is desirable
