Selection Criteria
  1. Currently registered or eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and obtained Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in Anatomical Pathology, and/or other specialist recognition as provided under the Staff Specialists (State) Award.
  2. Demonstrated contemporary clinical knowledge and technical expertise within the specialty of Anatomical Pathology.
  3. Demonstrated experience and/or commitment to training coordination, implementation and review of learning solutions, medical education and staff training.
  4. Well-developed organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks to work within tight timeframes and meet agreed deadlines with experience in coordinating training and resources across multiple locations.
  5. Proven ability to work as a team member with effective communication, interpersonal skills and adaptability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  6. Demonstrated personal qualities including effective communication skills, motivation, initiative, time management and commitment to professional development.
  7. Proven advanced computer skills using the Microsoft Office suite, coupled with demonstrated high level written communication skills to produce high quality reports, data and other documentation which would include experience in developing education or training programs and materials.
  8. Demonstrated commitment to the principles of clinical quality management, continuous improvement and a contemporary knowledge of National Pathology Accreditation Advisory Council (NPAAC) Standards and NATA accreditation processes.
