- Demonstrated experience working in a customer focused and/or recruitment environment.
- Proven experience working in a high workload and pressure environment with a successful track record to provide best performance outcomes for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of recruitment processes or similar transferable knowledge including the ability to refer to relevant awards and policies.
- Proven effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal, in a variety of forums and well developed listening and questioning skills.
- Evidence as an effective team player with a capacity to be flexible, motivated and responsive with the ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands.
- High level of knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and other standard databases and desktop applications.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to use initiative and sound judgement.
