  1. Registered Nurse with current registration through the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A current First Aid Certificate and a commitment to maintain a current certification.
  2. Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience managing a clinical team within a health care setting and demonstrated understanding of a Pathology environment and a Clinical Pathology Collection Service.
  3. Has undertaken and continues to engage in professional development to further advance their management and leadership competencies.
  4. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
  5. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to quality improvement and the ability to manage change.
  6. Computer literacy skills – including Microsoft Word; Excel Spread sheets; Recruitment system; Rostering System; Procurement.
  7. Unencumbered Class C NSW Driver's Licence and capacity to travel to sites as required
