What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer is responsible for the efficient and effective provision of administrative services within the service/unit.
The Administration Officer is required to provide competent computer skills to support the effective and efficient functioning of the service/unit.

  1. Demonstrated knowledge of outpatient process including scheduling and front desk management
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with a range of clinical disciplines including Senior Medical Staff
  3. Ability to undertake various administrative tasks and perform duties with attention to detail.
  4. Competent skills in computer use and relevant software programs eg Word, Excel, Outlook.
  5. Experience in providing administrative support within a healthcare or similar setting.
  6. Capable organisational skills with proven ability to determine work priorities and meet deadlines.
