  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven demonstrated extensive experience at a senior level in a Pathology or Health Service with the proven ability to effectively monitor and interpret the 'industry landscape' and effectively plan to meet the challenges anticipated as a result.

  4. Superior interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and refine strategic relationships both within Health Service and external to the organisation.
  5. Demonstrated ability to implement and manage projects to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
  6. Proven ability to successfully lead the local implementation of strategic priorities whilst maintaining a commitment to service delivery, evidence based practice and continuous improvement in the quality of all aspects of delivery.
  7. Proven capacity to build effective management teams and support skill/capacity development where needed.

Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases

This is a Category A position. All Category A applicants must read and understand NSW Health Policy Directive PD2020_017 Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Diseases. All new recruits must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy.
