Team Leader Payroll Workers Compensation (Hamilton) Temporary Full time
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the regulatory framework and policies and procedures and awards applicable to the NSW public sector payroll function and an ability to provide advice on these matters.
- Demonstrated experience in utilising payroll systems such as HRIS, Injury Connect, Stafflink and QBE Claims Centre.
- Demonstrated experience in working with spreadsheets, word documents, email and the Internet.
- Possess effective written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to set work priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience and demonstrated ability with complaints handling.
- Understanding of principles and intent of Privacy legislation.
- •Demonstrated ability to coach and train staff in relation to workers compensation payroll matters, including providing staff support, development, and the early identification of unacceptable workplace behaviours and taking appropriate action.
