  1. Demonstrated experience in the development, presentation and evaluation of competency-based education programs.
  2. Effective interpersonal, presentation and group facilitation skills.
  3. Strong written and oral communication, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and provide effective team leadership in a team environment.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement fair, equitable and effective assessment instruments.
  6. Knowledge and demonstrated ability to interpret and implement NSW Ambulance policies, practices and procedures and related legislation.
  7. Competency in the use of contemporary educational and information technologies within the teaching/learning environment.
  8. Applicants must hold all required certifications, licences, registrations and qualifications (including but not limited to current Certificate to Practice, registration as a paramedic, and a current NSW Driver Licence) and be currently certified to Paramedic Specialist – Intensive Care Paramedic and/or advanced education, science, health or allied health academic qualifications and undertake necessary and relevant training and work experience as determined by NSW Ambulance. Must have TAE 40110 Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification
