Selection Criteria
  1. Relevant qualifications and/or experience in facilities management and leased asset management with experience in the preparation and negotiation of lease documents.
  2. Experience in the management of a portfolio of commercial and residential leased properties both leased and leased out. Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, standards and practices and legislative requirements related to property and leasing.
  3. High level interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills at a senior management level.
  4. Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills including an ability to produce heads of agreements, leasing documents, specifications, briefing papers and submissions.
  5. Computer literacy including experience in word-processing, spreadsheets, data bases and Asset & Facility Management Systems.
  6. Proven senior level experience in the management and delivery of office accommodation fit out projects.
  7. Experience in the development of office accommodation management plans.
  8. Experience in the management of budgets and leased accommodation maintenance programs.
