Reporting to the Executive Director Finance, Performance & Assets you will meet the following selection criteria:

 


  1. Demonstrated senior experience in leading the development and implementation of complex and innovative strategies to integrate operational and workforce improvements designed to address key organisational challenges.
  2. Demonstrated superior conceptual and innovative problem-solving skills for managing conflicting priorities and developing successful recommendations and advice at a senior level on policies, strategies and solutions across complex areas.
  3. Demonstrated outstanding communication and consulting skills including negotiation, influencing and motivational skills which demonstrate a capacity to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
  4. Demonstrated people management skills, including providing staff support, staff development, performance management and the early identification of unacceptable workplace behaviours.
  5. Demonstrated senior experience in project management, innovation, planning and change management, particularly in the implementation of high level or state-wide initiatives.
  6. Demonstrated sound knowledge of the structure and processes of government and an understanding of Australian and NSW Healthcare systems.
  7. Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
