ABOUT THE ROLE

The Frontline Services Group (FSG) is the interface between ICT service providers such as eHealth and the NSW Ambulance user community for AmbCAD, the NSW Ambulance Triple Zero response ICT platform. The Control Centre Reform Program (CCRP) aims to accelerate the approach to new ways of working in response to the exponential increased demand for emergency services and a vision for future health services delivery models.

The AmbCAD Senior Analyst is a key role which is responsible for delivering ongoing application support and major service improvements. CCRP comprises of 80 strategic projects across NSW Ambulance and the role of the AmbCAD Support Analyst – CCRP is to provide ICT advice, implementation and business support to the CCRP activity stream within FSG on technologies such as Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Inter-CAD Electronic Messaging System (ICEMS), Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs), and mobile frontline communications systems, collectively referred to as AmbCAD.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:

  • Expert knowledge of the technology utilised within the NSW Ambulance Control Centre environment, including but not limited to the Computer Aided Dispatch system and associated applications (AmbCAD and related applications).
  • Project Management experience in either a project management role or a project support role, with experience in project documentation such as project management plans, implementation plans and status updates.
  • Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills, with an ability to listen and anticipate stakeholders’ expectations and concerns and maintain positive, productive working relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills including demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting complex information from numerous sources, preparing and presenting analysis and reports, dealing with challenges creatively and achieving business focused solutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
