- Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration or Social Worker with eligibility for membership with Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Demonstrated experience working with consumers experiencing mental health issues and a demonstrated experience working with consumers over the age of 65 years.
- High level competency and a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of issues affecting older persons who are experiencing mental health problems.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership and commitment to facilitate and maintain a safe and effective working environment for both staff and consumers, consistent with the requirements of national/area/local policies and procedures, and relevant legislation, including the NSW Mental Health Act and NSW Guardianship Act.
- Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication, negotiation, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced Computer Skills such as Microsoft Office.
- Hold current NSW drivers licence.
