- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work providing eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers with extensive post graduate social work clinical practice within a health setting.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in assessment, counselling and therapy interventions, case management, advocacy and discharge planning.
- Demonstrated understanding of the impact and management of Trauma, Sudden death, Bereavement, Domestic Violence, Child Protection, Guardianship.
- Demonstrated experience in effective staff management, supervision and the development of staff at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in service development and quality improvement.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and computer literacy.
