Permanent full time role Senior Physiotherapist and student clinical education coordinator within the Physiotherapy Department with a clinical load across respiratory medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, and cardiology wards. A key part of the senior physio team developing staff including Level 1-2 rotators and new graduates.

What you'll be doing
Providing senior clinical frontline physiotherapy, leading a team providing care across multiple wards, coordinating physiotherapy student clinical units across the hospital, designing & delivering student units, participating in in-service, training and new graduate development programs.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Must hold qualifications recognised for registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Demonstrated current clinical knowledge of Physiotherapy, a high level of contemporary intervention skills, and demonstrated senior expertise in delivery, direction and management of physiotherapy services. Must have experience as a level 2 Physiotherapist.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required) and demonstrated computer literacy skills.
- Capacity to provide clinical and service consultation, and staff supervision.
- Proven clinical leadership skills with an ability to contribute as a district expert in the field of Physiotherapy.
