Senior Physiotherapist (Level 3) maternity backfill on the beautiful northern beaches of Sydney. The Chronic Disease Community Rehabilitation Service (CDCRS) are leaders in pulmonary and heart failure rehabilitation.

Where you'll be working
Based at Mona Vale and Brookvale Community Health Centre's. This is a district-wide service so can include travel to other NSLHD sites at times including RNSH, Ryde and Hornsby.
What you'll be doing
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Full registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Evidence of extensive clinical experience with a minimum at a Level 2 Physiotherapist.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ability to work autonomously with limited supervision. Have the ability to prioritise work, manage a demanding workload, apply high level reasoning skills and have independent professional judgement.
- Demonstrated proficient skills and knowledge in the provision of current physiotherapy practice. A strong commitment to an evidence-based service to provide for consumers, carers and families requiring assessment, case management, intervention, appropriate referral and discharge planning.
