- Occupational therapy qualification and registration with AHPRA (Occupational Therapy Board)
- Evidence of advanced occupational therapy expertise and clinical reasoning skills within a fast paced health setting.
- Demonstrated practical experience in prioritising patients, providing effective clinical handover and working with occupational therapy colleagues to efficiently manage patient load.
- Experience providing advice, support or supervision to occupational therapy colleagues and students.
- Evidence of continuing development of relevant occupational therapy knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for, and an interest in, service improvement, including in the development of the occupational therapy weekend (1 day) role.
- Current NSW Driver Licence.
